Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing and local delivery conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our professional tools with the same confidence we expect from our adjustable spanners and ball pein hammers. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received
- You must include the original proof of purchase
- The request must be made within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following professional tools cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Punches & Chisels (including Centre Punches, Drift Punches, and Cold Chisels)
- Punch & Chisel Sets
- Non-Sparking Tools (specialty items requiring certification)
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send any items without this authorization.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Information
For approved exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item via your original shipping method once we receive your return. If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference before we ship.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective tool (such as a claw hammer with manufacturing flaws or a cantilever toolbox with shipping damage), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding Asia and certain remote regions), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes for returned items are non-refundable.
